Ingredients: all from Trader Joe’s!
~ Creamy Toscano (I used the cinnamon dusted, & white wine flavors)
~ Cheddar & Gruyere Cheese
~ Cranberry Goat-cheese
~ Three Peppered Spicy Salami
~ Italian Meat Sampler (Calabrese Salame, Prosciutto, & Capocollo)
~ Olive Tapenade
~ Cranberry Crackers
~ Baguette
~ Your favorite wine!
Crostinis:
Slice baguette into angled thin slices. Preheat oven to 425 degrees, put baguette slices on a tray, & coat with olive oil. Bake for 10 minutes of until golden brown.
Burrata Brussels Balsamic Crostini:
Broil shaved Brussels in oven until crispy. Top crostini with Burrata, then Brussels, then balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
Brie Fig Prosciutto Crostini:
Top baguette with Brie & bake until melted. Then top with fig jam, prosciutto, and arugula. Enjoy!
