Shrimp Fra Diavolo

Ingredients
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 medium onion, sliced
14 oz crushed tomatoes
1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup dry white wine
Handful of fresh parsley & basil, chopped
1 tsp. Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. dried oregano
Garlic salt & pepper
Olive Oil
Preparation
Toss the shrimp in garlic salt, red pepper flakes, & olive oil.
In a skillet coated in olive over medium to medium high heat add shrimp. Saute for 1-2 minutes just until cooked thorough or pink.
Transfer shrimp aside. Add onion & garlic to same skillet. Saute until sof,t around 5 minutes.
Deglaze the pan with white wine. Allow to evaporate some off for 1 minute. Add in tomatoes, oregano, fresh parsley & basil, and season with more garlic salt & pepper.
Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Return shrimp back to pan and allow to simmer for 5-10 additional minutes so all the flavors merry together.
Plate and garnish with additional fresh parsley. Serve with your favorite pasta!
