Kale Caesar Salad


~bunch of kale

~3-4 anchovies

~3 garlic cloves, minced

~1 Tbsp red wine vinegar

~1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

~couple dashes of Worcestershire

~juice of 1 lemon

~1/4 Greek yogurt

~1/2 cup olive oil

~pecorino Romano


Croutons

~baguette, cubed

~olive oil

~garlic salt



Add in all ingredients (except kale & cheese) to food processor. Chill I’m fridge for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400 and coat bread cubes with olive oil & garlic salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Add kale to salad bowl, mix with dressing & top with croutons & cheese, enjoy!
